
Yoga for rest & recovery - pre booking required
This online yoga class is especially helpful for these of us working with energy and pain issues, chronic conditions, chronic pain, chronic fatigue, long covid, longer term recovery from illness or injury, burnout, exhaustion, grief, loss, depression, anxiety, are just to name a few. The pace of the class will move slowly and everyone will be attended to gently. We will work with trial and error and in an experimental manner to mentor each individual in finding a practice that feels good for you.
