Based on Classical Hatha Yoga these friendly welcoming courses will focus on a different aspect of yoga each week. I will cater to the people in the room in every moment, so bring yourself along and each level of need and experience will be honoured with a flexible pace for our diverse nervous systems.

Everyone and anyone drawn to this community practice is welcome.
This course will run in 6-week blocks on a rolling term time basis.
Courses can be purchased individually or are included with some memberships
