Yoga for Connection

This course will be loosely based on a Classical Hatha Yoga sequence, with lots of adaptations for individual bodies and minds. This friendly welcoming course will focus on a different aspect of yoga each week. Each persons level of need and experience will be honoured and the course will be led at a flexible pace for our diverse bodies and minds.

Numbers are capped at 8 people. Courses will be streamed live online using Zoom. A zoom link will be whatsapped or emailed to you a few days before the course begins. There are also a few in-person spaces available at Janice’s home in St Leonard’s on Sea near Hastings in East Sussex. Yoga for deep rest & recovery

12 weeks

Tuesday mornings 10:00 a.m.

This course will have a strong focus on creating a small supportive community

Time for group sharing is included to gently develop a culture of working together as we each explore our own practice.

Movement and stretch will be combined with somatic awareness and supported recovery poses, to help regulate the nervous system.

We will make use of bolsters, cushions and blankets for a deep dive into posture, concentration, breathing, rest and relaxation.
