This course will be loosely based on a Classical Hatha Yoga sequence, with lots of adaptations for individual bodies and minds. This friendly welcoming course will focus on a different aspect of yoga each week. Each persons level of need and experience will be honoured and the course will be led at a flexible pace for our diverse bodies and minds.
Numbers are capped at 8 people.

Yoga and mentoring for deep rest and relaxation
6 weeks
Tuesdays 10:00 - 11:15 a.m.
23rd June - 28th July
8th September - 13th October
20th October - 24th November
This course has the extra focus of creating a small supportive community
Time for group sharing is included to gently develop a culture of working together and supporting each other as we each explore our own individual practice. We will be actively encouraged to move away from performative postures and competitive effort.
Movement and stretch will be combined with queues for somatic awareness and supported recovery poses, to help regulate the nervous system.
We will make use of bolsters, cushions and blankets for a deep dive into posture, concentration, breathing, rest and relaxation.
Ongoing continuation is highly recommended

Sunday Mornings 11:00 a.m. - 12:15 p.m. BST/GMT
These courses are held weekly, in-person in St Leonards on Sea near Hastings in East Sussex. Classes run in 5 week blocks.
