About the Timetable
All sessions are led by me Janice Kate
All online sessions are streamed using Zoom
All sessions are are listed in UK timezones
Whilst most sessions are streamed online some courses are held in person in St Leonard’s on Sea, East Sussex, view the timetable for more information

Our live timetable is entered manually by me so if you don’t see future classes listed it is because they have not yet been uploaded, not because they aren’t running you can whatsapp or text me for up to date curret info if the website isn’t serving
There are no courses or one-to-one sessions during planned breaks see below
Self practice sessions will continue all year round including during breaks unless otherwise specified on the timetable
The most up to date information on last minute cancelations, time changes etc. will be listed on the live timetable I always recommend checking the timetable before attending a class when you can
Planned Terms and Breaks
There will be no live classes on the break dates below. Those of you with membership packages will continue to have full access to a library of recorded courses and classes to continue your practice over the holidays if you choose to
