About the Timetable

  • All sessions are led by me Janice Kate

  • Online sessions are streamed using Zoom

  • All sessions are are listed in UK timezones GMT/BST

  • Whilst most sessions are streamed online some courses are held in person in St Leonard’s on Sea, East Sussex, view the timetable for more information

  • Our live timetable is entered manually by me so if you don’t see future classes listed it is because they have not yet been uploaded, not because they aren’t running you can whatsapp or text me for up to date current info if the website isn’t showing classes

  • There are no courses or one-to-one sessions during planned breaks see below

  • Self practice sessions will continue all year round including during breaks unless otherwise specified on the timetable
