Hi folks. I will be AFC (away from classes) until after the first May bank holiday.
Classes will resume in early May
In the meantime how about exploring my teaching style with a Light Yoga Space community membership. It is simple to sign up and includes a library of past recorded sessions to dip into in your own time. Plus memberships allow you access to online live courses, self practice and other perks once term time begins again.
I’m taking a leaf out of Asher’s book and taking a break :)
