If you are new to pranayama practice you might find the instructions in this short video helpful to watch before coming to a session

  • This Pranayama session runs straight into the 7:15 a.m. Body Positive Class

  • You are welcome to stay and take both sessions, making up the hour

  • This Pranayama session alone is free and open to everyone, you do not need to attend the later class to join

  • Please leave the session muted so as not to disturb those who are staying for practice, thank you

15 minutes of guided yogic breathing / pranayama

We will go straight into class after the pranayama session please feel free to stay or leave at this point
