You are also welcome to join the pranayama session first and stay on for this body positive class to practice for a full hour

These EVERY BODY Positive Yoga classes are for anyone who feels more comfortable in body diverse spaces and who prefer their yoga classes set at a gentler pace.
These classes are especially welcoming for those of us who prefer to practice without too much pressure or intensity.
We will explore accessible adaptations and variations of the classical yoga poses to suit your body.

What is the difference between EVERY BODY Positive Classes and Fat Positive Classes?
The pace and content will be pretty much the same, the main difference is anyone who wants a slower adapted practice is welcome to the EVERY BODY Positive Classes whilst the Fat Positive classes are for Fat Folks only.
What is the difference between EVERY BODY Positive Classes and EVERY BODY Classical Hatha Classes?
The EVERY BODY Classical Hatha classes are just as friendly and welcoming but the pace is set slightly stronger and we will explore more poses and variations of poses, closely following the traditional Sivananda class sequence. The EVERY BODY Positive classes are softer and whilst we will loosely follow a Sivananda sequence, we will practice fewer poses and at a slower pace.
