Sorry no classes for the rest of the week as I have a virus 🤧

Hi folks unfortunately I have been bedfellows with a virus this week. I had hoped to be back to class quickly but I still have nothing but a frog like croak where my voice once was! I’m sorry to say I’m going to cancel classes for the rest of this week. We will be on again from Monday 22nd January.

I very much hope to see you in class next week, and want to remind you of the recorded classes in case you want to practice in the meantime.

I’m taking inspiration from the cats and am resting with abandon
