As the darker mornings are happening this will be the last early morning pranayama and meditation session until spring. Keep an eye on the timetable though for evening sessions coming soon…

Please join us every Tuesday morning, bright and early for this 30 minute pranayama and meditation session.

This session will lead straight into the 8:00 a.m. Yoga class, with the same zoom link so you are welcome to leave at 8:00 a.m. straight after a short relaxation practice, or you can stay on for yoga as well.
