Yoga for Rest & Recovery

Ongoing 5-week courses

Course 1: 7th May - 4th June

Course 2: 11th June - 9th July

Course 3: 16th July - 10th September (no classes in August)

 
 

These courses will be similar to the yoga for connection courses, but with a slightly stronger focus on a restorative pace. Movement and stretch will be combined with supported recovery poses, and we will much more loosely navigate the classical Hatha sequence. Bring your bolsters, cushions and blankets for a deep dive into rest and relaxation.


Max 8 people online. Everyone and anyone drawn to this community practice is welcome. This course will run in 5 week blocks on a rolling term time basis.
