In these mixed ability group classes we will explore a classical sequence of yoga postures, breathing exercises and relaxation techniques. These classes are set at a slightly stronger, more demanding pace than the Body Positive and Fat Positive Classes, so for fat folks, folks in diverse bodies, straight sized folks who want a stronger practice this is the class for you. Your teacher is fat, 50, living with a disability and very welcoming! The goal of our Yoga for EVERY BODY classes, is to create accessible, non-competitive, safe, welcoming, online, community classes for all body types. EVERY BODY is welcome.
