Mondays to Thursday evenings 7:30 - 8:00 p.m.

  • All sessions will be recorded so you can practice at the time of day that suits you

  • You can purchase this course and have access for the duration of the course. Or join the course for free as part of your Light Yoga Space Membership (recommended)

  • This course is Body Positive all bodies are welcome but the practice will be set at a gentle pace

  • We will set up an optional group WhatsAp group so that we can share our experiences of the course as we are going along, the good the bad and the I just can’t be bothered moments!
