All classes through Light Yoga Space share the same goals, to create accessible, non-competitive, safe, welcoming, online, community classes that prioritise the needs of people with diverse and marginalised body types.
You are welcome to have your cameras on or off. If your camera is on you will get more personal guidance. If your camera is off you can enjoy privacy and anonymity.
Class numbers tend to be small and friendly usually between 2-8 people, although nobody will be turned away.

These blissful sessions are inspired by Restorative Yoga and Classical Hatha Yoga/Sivananda tradition
You will need some props to get the full benefit of these sessions, but that doesn’t mean you have to run out and buy expensive gear.
Bolsters and blocks are great and designed for purpose however we tend to have so much around the home that we can also use, such as pillows, sturdy cushions, pillow cases filled with soft clothes, folded blankets, books for blocks, and so on
Together we will explore a very gentle sequence of about 4 or 5 steady and supported postures, usually a leg and hip inversion, a fish pose, a forward bend, maybe a child’s pose, and a relaxation pose
In all of these positions we will be using props. We won’t have to work at all in our postures as our cushions bolsters and blocks will be doing the ‘holding’ for us allowing us to be in our poses effortlessly and for longer
We can find ourselves dropping into a deep state of consciousness and relaxation. The steady supported poses stimulate the rest and digest response in the nervous system allowing for deep restorative recovery mentally and physically
