You are also welcome to join the pranayama session first and stay on for this Deep Rest & Recovery Class as these classes perfectly compliment each other

These deep and restful classes are inspired by Restorative Yoga and SIvananda Yoga.
We will practice a sequence of about 3 or 4 bolster supported, restorative poses. Holding these poses still for 8 or so minutes at a time allows us to slip into a deep state of relaxation. The body is completely held by cushions, pillows and bolsters so no muscles need to work at all to hold us in position, meaning we can completely let go.
You will need some props to get the full benefit of these sessions, but that doesn’t mean you have to run out and buy expensive gear.
Bolsters are great and designed for purpose however we tend to have so much around the home that we can also use, such as pillows, sturdy cushions, pillow cases filled with soft clothes, folded blankets and so on.

You are welcome to have your cameras on or off. If your camera is on you will get more personal guidance. If your camera is off you can enjoy privacy and anonymity.
Class numbers tend to be small and friendly usually between 2-8 people, although nobody will be turned away.
