Please join us every Thursday morning, bright and early for this 30 minute pranayama and meditation session.
This session will lead straight into the 8:00 a.m. Yoga class, with the same zoom link so you are welcome to leave at 8:00 a.m. straight after a short relaxation practice, or you can stay on for yoga as well.
