Absolutely everyone is welcome to attend these sessions. If you are new to yogic breathing or simply prefer a slower and gentler pace to your breathing practice.

These 30 minute gentle Tuesday evening meditation and breathing sessions can be taken alone or as a precursor to our Tuesday evening Fat Positive yoga classes.
